Mid/Late picked from 5th year plants in our Tree-Surrounded Garden and 2nd year plants in our Peter Naylor Garden.
Visual and Touch
Lighter green to yellow. Moderately sticky and dense, pellets are easy to break up and crumble, good oil.
Sensory Notes
A textbook Riwaka profile bursting with lime, grapefruit and intense citrus zest. Underlying diesel and savoury notes provide complexity while sweet tropical fruit adds depth to this powerful and unmistakable hop.
