Mid/Late Harvest from 5th year plants in our Tree-Surrounded Garden, 3rd year plants in our Rabbit Board, and 3rd year plants in our Fescue Garden.
Visual and Touch
Light green. Highly resinous and dense. Moderately sticky, pellets crumble nicely.
Sensory Notes
Clean and focused with ripe stonefruit, nectarine and yellow peach at the forefront. Sweet tropical fruit and apricot notes provide richness, while subtle herbal complexity adds balance and structure.
