Mid Harvest from 3rd year plants in our Fescue Garden and 4th year plants in
our Rabbit Board Garden.
Visual and Touch
Medium green to light yellow. Good density, easy to break up. Tacky - good oil.
Sensory Notes
Intensely aromatic with passionfruit, gooseberry and white grape leading the profile. Sweet tropical fruit and subtle dankness combine to create a classic Nelson Sauvin character with excellent depth and balance.
